Why it works

BPC-157 accelerates collagen deposition and vascularization via NO/VEGFR2 signalling while TB-500 sequesters actin and drives cell migration and angiogenesis, addressing complementary phases of repair.

How to use

BPC-157 — 250-500 mcg 1-2x daily subcutaneous.
TB-500 — 2-2.5 mg twice weekly subcutaneous for 4-6 weeks, then 2 mg once weekly maintenance.
